It’s official America is in. After weeks of rising tension, President Donald Trump confirmed what the world feared. The U.S. has launched airstrikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, including the highly fortified Fordow enrichment site.
In a televised statement delivered with his signature defiance, Trump declared:
“Three Iranian nuclear sites were hit and hit hard. I don’t want war, but I won’t let Iran build the bomb.”
He called the strikes spectacular and warned that further action was on the table.
The move came just hours after Israeli jets lit up the skies over Tehran and Isfahan, striking what they claimed were missile depots and nuclear research labs. Iran responded with anti air systems, but videos flooding social media show massive fireballs, collapsed buildings, and civilians screaming in the night.
Now, the U.S. flag joins the Israeli one in a war that could tip the entire globe into chaos.
American forces, believed to be operating from a carrier group in the Gulf, executed the operation under complete radio silence. Pentagon officials have refused to comment, but Iranian media is already accusing Washington of “declaring war.”
Inside Iran, sirens haven’t stopped. Panic is spreading. Gas stations are overrun. Parents are pulling kids out of schools. The word “retaliation” is being chanted on the streets.
And in America? Shock. Some are calling Trump’s decision reckless. Others say it was inevitable.
But one thing is clear now. The U.S. has entered the war and there’s no turning back.
