Elon Musk Fan Sparks Firestorm After Accusing Trump of ‘Backstabbing the Future’

The fallout between Elon Musk and Donald Trump just hit another level. In a viral post on X (formerly Twitter), one of Musk’s most loyal supporters a self-proclaimed conservative tech entrepreneur slammed Trump after the former president mocked Musk’s attempt to launch a new political party.

“Trump was supposed to be about the future. But now he’s backstabbing the only guy actually building it,” the post read.

The comment triggered thousands of replies, with users divided between Trump loyalists and Musk defenders. Some even called this the start of a “civil war within conservatism.”

This latest clash follows Musk’s Fourth of July poll where he floated creating a new “America Party,” which passed with over 65% support.
