A North Korean cyber group calling itself “Silent Strike” posted an ominous message on the dark web this morning: “We have access to major U.S. power grids. You won’t see the lights go out until it’s too late.”
The claim has not been verified, but the White House’s refusal to comment has raised eyebrows.
U.S. cybersecurity experts say North Korea’s capabilities are underestimated, and with rising global conflict, any digital attack could trigger widespread panic.
“Cyberwar is the new frontline,” warned former NSA director Thomas Clymer. “And it’s invisible until it hits you at home.”
Meanwhile, everyday Americans are asking: Is the next war going to happen from a keyboard?
