China and Pakistan have reaffirmed their strategic alliance, pledging closer communication and deeper cooperation on regional security, infrastructure, and trade.
In a joint statement following a high-level meeting, both nations agreed to expand the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and strengthen border security coordination.
“Pakistan remains China’s iron brother,” said Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi. “Together, we will face future challenges with unity and resolve.”
The agreement also includes new cybersecurity protocols and intelligence-sharing on terror threats in Central Asia.
