John Haliburton, father of Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton, will be in the crowd for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the New York Knicks marking his return to the arena after a brief playoff ban, a source confirmed to @joevardon.
John had been temporarily barred from attending games following a heated postgame exchange with Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo earlier in the postseason. While exact details of the incident remain private, the league had enforced a short-term restriction to deescalate tensions.
Now, with the Pacers locked in a fierce series against the Knicks and trailing 2–1, the return of Haliburton’s father to the stands adds a personal boost for the young All-Star guard.
“It means a lot to have my dad back in the building,” Tyrese said earlier this week. “We’re locked in as a team, and having family support just helps us go harder.”

The NBA has not released an official statement about the lifting of the ban, but league sources indicate the matter was resolved privately and amicably.
Game 4 is set to tip off tonight at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, where the Pacers will look to even the series and keep their championship hopes alive. With tensions high and the crowd expected to bring the energy, all eyes will also be on the stands where one very familiar face will be cheering his son on once again.
