The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has reportedly ordered over 8 million doses of potassium iodide, a radiation-blocking pill, to be delivered specifically to storage facilities in southern Nevada.

Nevada isn’t exactly ground zero for international tension unless, of course, you count the nearby airbases, drone testing zones or Area 51. Some believe this is preparation for a nuclear event. Others think it’s part of domestic fallout training.
