The Kremlin has condemned the attack, calling it “reckless” and warning of “severe retaliatory consequences.” Russian state media reported power outages in several affected regions and confirmed “casualties and material damage,” though specifics remain unclear.
International analysts are calling the move a game-changer. With NATO-supplied drone systems becoming more advanced, Ukraine’s reach has expanded far beyond defensive operations. Experts warn this escalation could provoke a more aggressive Russian response in coming days.
