During a fiery Sunday sermon, Pastor Jermaine Woods of Grace Community Church delivered a message that’s shaking up pulpits and politics alike.
“Trump didn’t divide this country. He just made us look in the mirror and a lot of folks didn’t like what they saw.”
The congregation was silent. Then erupted into applause.
Pastor Woods, known for preaching unity and social justice, said what many have whispered but feared to say out loud.
“Racism? It was here. Hate? It was here. We just dressed it in suits and called it policy. Trump didn’t invent the sickness he just took the bandages off.”
A clip of his sermon has been viewed over 9 million times, reposted by celebrities and activists alike.
“America is sick,” he added. “And now that the symptoms are exposed, we either treat it or die from the infection.”
