The White House is facing questions after claiming there is no Jeffrey Epstein “client list”, even though Attorney General Pam Bondi said earlier this year that the list was “sitting on her desk.”
During a press briefing on Monday, July 7, Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt why the Department of Justice now says no list exists, despite Bondi’s earlier comments.
Leavitt responded by saying Bondi was referring to “all of the paperwork” related to Epstein’s crimes, not a specific list of names. She added, “I’ll let her speak for that.”
This comes after the DOJ released a new memo stating there will be no further investigations into other individuals connected to the Epstein case.
What Happened:
• In February, Attorney General Bondi said she had the Epstein client list “on her desk.”
• Now, the DOJ and the White House say there is no such list.
• The DOJ also confirmed that no new charges or investigations will happen.
• This has raised concerns and sparked new public demands for transparency.
Many people online are accusing the government of hiding information and protecting powerful individuals who may have been involved with Epstein.
The controversy continues to grow as survivors and the public demand the full truth.
