The case of Mohbad’s death isn’t going anywhere and VeryDarkMan is making sure of that.
In a new wave of bold videos that have gone viral across Instagram and TikTok, the controversial activist has reignited public outrage by calling out popular Nigerian artist Zlatan Ibile, accusing him of staying silent and neutral while the late Mohbad was being allegedly bullied and harassed.

VeryDarkMan questioned why Zlatan someone close to both sides hasn’t publicly condemned Naira Marley, Sam Larry, or Zinoleesky, who were all heavily dragged into the court of public opinion after Mohbad’s tragic passing in September 2023.
“You dey always do like say you no dey hear wetin dey happen,” VeryDarkMan said in a now trending video. “You wey suppose speak for your guy, you dey post soft life and designer belt.”
The activist has accused many celebrities of playing it safe while justice for Mohbad fades into silence. He insists that influencers and fellow musicians owe the truth to Mohbad’s fans, who continue to demand transparency over what really happened to the 27-year-old artist.

Zlatan, for his part, has yet to directly respond but fans are flooding his pages with the hashtag #JusticeForMohbad and demanding clarity.
Meanwhile, the Nigerian police have gone quiet on the investigation, and public trust in justice seems to be wearing thin. That’s why VeryDarkMan’s voice, though controversial, is once again lighting the fire many thought had burned out.
