Rumors online are spreading that Elon Musk might become a top advisor to Donald Trump, with some even claiming he’s replacing the Vice President. But that’s false.
Musk has not been given any official role, and even if he were made a senior advisor, it wouldn’t change the power or duties of the Vice President, who is elected by the people and holds real constitutional authority.
Advisors give opinions. Vice Presidents lead when presidents can’t. Big difference.
Right now, there’s no confirmation that Musk is working inside Trump’s campaign or future administration.
