A report that stated that Rivers State Sole Administrator Vice Admiral Rtd) Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas has approved the recruitment of 10,000 qualified graduates and non-graduates into the Rivers State Civil Service has been discredited on social media and other platforms. The recruitment portal will also open for applications at midnight on Sunday, April 13, 2025, according to the report.
